Working within international law firms, Robyn has accumulated a wealth of experience in all areas of law firm management. Her expertise ranges from financial management and performance through to people management. As a seasoned legal professional Robyn understands the idiosyncrasies of a law firm environment and appreciates the financial imperatives in running a successful law practice.
During her career, Robyn has worked for some of Australia’s leading national law firms including Freehills and Clayton Utz. Over the years Robyn has recruited many shared services professionals, including legal secretaries, through to finance and client service staff. Robyn has developed a reputation for recognizing talent and real potential.
Fundamental to the success of any new recruit is the ‘fit’ that exists not only relevant to the skills required but also from a cultural perspective. By working closely with key decision makers, Robyn has developed a keen sense of matching candidates with not only the right roles but also the right teams.
